You can cancel and make changes to your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. Same day cancellations or re-scheduling on the day of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service price OR loss of package/membership credit. Missed appointments and no notice of cancellation at all will incur a 100% fee the total service price. Gift cards purchased on promotions have a 365 day expiry.
